Having completed the Spinning Babies program, I am trained in holistic approaches to labor and positions that promote progression and comfort for mom. I provide continuous support throughout pregnancy and labor providing stretches and exercises to prepare for birth as well as comfort measure like counterpressure and massage during labor. All these things help babies come into the world with less chance of intervention.
